grew up in Darlington, but is based now in London. He finished his PhD on documentary fiction and literary assemblage in 2019. He is currently researching decay in twentieth-century queer literature and visual art. His first novel, IN THE SEEING HANDS OF OTHERS, will be published by Serpent's Tail in 2022.
